Pullman-Holt PHC17DC is a 17" or PHC20DS is a 20" 1.5 HP dual speed floor machine providing 190 RPM and 320 RPM.
They include heavy weighted aluminum chassis, all steel planetary gearboxes and large frame, high-torque motors.
The powder coated chassis assures it will last as long as the machine's dependable components.
Does the job of two floor machines; use the low speed for scrubbing and stripping and the higher rpm for polishing.
Includes drive brush.
